A lift company judged on uptime, not promises
Smart Elevator Services maintains, modernizes, and paints elevators for residential societies, commercial buildings, and elevator companies who need extra field capacity.
Who we are
Field engineers first, salespeople second
We started because too many buildings were paying for contracts that produced no paperwork, no preventive work, and no accountability when a lift went down.
Our teams come from installation and service backgrounds on major elevator brands. That matters: diagnosing a door fault or a levelling problem quickly is what keeps a lift available, and it is only learned in the shaft.
We work to a fixed service calendar, carry commonly failing spares, and record every visit with photos and a signed checklist. Building committees get evidence they can show residents; elevator companies get documentation they can hand to their clients.
Where a lift is genuinely past economical repair, we say so and quote a modernization scope instead of selling repeat repairs.
What we stand on
Four commitments in every contract
Safety compliance, documented
Overspeed governors, safety gear, door interlocks, and emergency alarms are tested on a fixed cycle and signed off in writing. If something is unsafe, it goes in the report even when it isn't in the contract.
Technical depth across brands
Our technicians work on Otis, Kone, Schindler, Johnson, and locally manufactured lifts — relay logic and modern microprocessor controllers alike. Competency is verified, not assumed.
24/7 emergency response
A staffed control room, not a voicemail box. Trapped-passenger calls are dispatched immediately, with a two-hour response target inside the city.
Reliability you can measure
We track response time, repeat faults, and downtime per lift, and share those numbers with you. Contracts should be judged on data, not on goodwill.
